Proposal Coordinator
This role is integral in the proposal process, including the content capture, development, and editing for requests for proposals (RFPs) and other bid opportunities. They regularly contribute to the content library and the development of proposal templates. The ideal person is highly organized, handles pressure well, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Ultimately, they will ensure content is on brand and adds value to existing and potential customers.

The Proposal Coordinator reports to the Content Manager. It requires no supervisory responsibilities.

Language Skills :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using English language. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, other employees of the organization and the general public. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating policies and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos using the English language.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts with basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to negotiate with vendors. Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts. Ability to solve practical problems.
Computer Skills :
Advanced in MS Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Graphic design skills are a plus Experience with CRM is a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Valid Driver's License
Other Qualifications :
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
