Join our team as a Full-Time Counter person! We are looking for a dependable customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment for our Auto Value Stores in Ypsilanti MI. This position offers hands-on experience professional growth opportunities and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day. You will work closely with the Store manager to learn Assistant manager responsibilities. This position was created to coach and train to the next level up. Looking for experience in automotive and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
• Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
• Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls in person communication and more!
• Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
• Support our customers needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
• Contribute to the stores daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
