Job Description

As the Senior RGM Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving profitable sales growth by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations related to pricing, promotions, assortment, and market trends. You will leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities and challenges, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. This role integrates analytical expertise with strategic thinking to support go-to-market strategies across multiple sales channels, including retail, commercial, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer.

Position location : Deerfield, IL (Hybrid with onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Insights

• Develop and lead analytics for pricing, promotions, and assortment, partnering with Sales, Finance, and marketing to align on business objectives and financial goals and providing recommendations to meet said objectives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to optimize sales and profitability.
• Conduct competitive pricing and market condition analyses. Present recommended adjustments and identified opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $74,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
