System Engineer

Introduction :

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Systems Engineer position in Clayton, NC. This position is a 17 month contract position and is expected to be Hybrid.

Summary :

IT Systems Engineer is needed to support a site expansion project at site in Clayton, NC. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1-2 operational support as part of a cross-functional IT Infrastructure team, as well as assist in the maintenance & administration of IT systems. The role will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager for the FFEx project.

Job Description :

• Perform life-cycle system development tasks for IT network & infrastructure systems preferred.
• Operate infrastructure networks equipment / systems under FDA regulations & guidelines as they relate to computer-based information & automation systems preferred.
• Adhere to IT Networking / infrastructure policies & procedures preferred.
• Responsibility for implementing IT network security preferred.
• Coordinates activities of IT Networking / infrastructure / Application teams preferred.
• Maintain network / infrastructure documentation in accordance with federal & corporate requirements preferred.
