1st Shift Warehouse Production Lead

Hiring Immediately – 1st Shift Production Lead – Shippensburg, PA : Inergroup is hiring immediately for First Shift Production Lead jobs in Jackson GA.  As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet or exceed safety, quality, production, and daily customer demand metrics in a production environment.  The Production Lead also drives continuous improvement across key business objectives and provide training to the line cell.  Weekly pay starting at $18.50 / hr and great benefits available.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years Warehouse or Manufacturing Experience
• Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Previous management in a production environment
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-restricted environment
• General Professional Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Bilingual a plus)
• Adhere to company safety standards
