JOB DESCRIPTIONS

We are looking for smiling faces to join our team! This position offers a flexible schedule to meet your needs, as well as ours. The work environment is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift, with the ability to multitask under pressure.

This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll:

• Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and make sure their visit meets or exceeds their expectations

• Serve fresh food fast: prepare and present our food quickly, ensuring the best quality

• Provide the greatest guest experience: help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

• Understand that teamwork is the key ingredient: together, we can achieve more when we work hand in hand to meet goals and have fun

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Crew members work a wide variety of stations and positions within the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and production (kitchen) area. All crew members are assigned cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, which can include, but are not limited to, cleaning the restrooms, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, and emptying trash.
