Kaizen Clinical Partners in the Rio Grande Valley are currently seeking BE / BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join their expanding primary care group. Practicing and recent resident graduates to be considered.

Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, Kaizen Clinical Partners provide a strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

Job Details :

• Edinburg / Elsa areas
• Office based, no hospital rounding
• Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm
• Physicians – 2 Medical Assistant’s per provider
• Supervisory APP’s
• Daily patient encounter average – 18-20 patients
• In house x ray imaging (site specific)
• Call rotation – 1 : 7
• No procedures
• Premium compensation with incentives, bonuses, and partnership track availability
• Spanish speaking preferred
