Agile Delivery Lead

A company is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to guide distributed teams in delivering WordPress-based projects for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope and timelines while fostering a team culture of shared responsibility

Facilitate meetings and workshops to monitor project progress and resolve issues

Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to align team goals with business needs

Required Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II) or similar qualifications

Experience in a scrum master or agile delivery role

Ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-project environments

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence

Knowledge of web technologies, including WordPress and JavaScript
