The Crew Leader works and supervises job site activities of window cleaning crews at commercial buildings throughout the St. Louis area. Directs job progress, controls labor costs and ensures quality of work as directed by Icons Operations Manager. No window cleaning experience is necessary. We will train the right individual. Must have at least 1 year of previous supervisor experience./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliWash interior and exterior windows of commercial buildings using extension poles and ladders./liliWork from and move 40 tall ladders./liliWork outdoors in all weather conditions./liliDirectly supervise the activities of all personnel in the field assigned to their job./liliClear and concise communication with customers and management team./liliExecution of projects/jobs within budget and on time./liliTraining cleaners in proper safety and working procedures./liliMaking daily work assignments to cleaners./liliEvaluating cleaner performance and ensuring required productivity is being achieved./liliDirectly report to Icons Operations Manager./liliAchieving standards of safety, productivity, and quality of work./liliMentor and guide cleaning crews, achieving low employee turnover and high morale./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma./liliAt least 1 year of previous Supervisor experience./liliStrong knowledge of safety regulations and precautions./liliValid drivers license with clean driving record./liliAble to perform duties with minimal supervision; demonstrate drive and initiative while responding to rapidly varying requirements./liliAble to communicate effectively in person, by telephone and in writing with Company, customers and employees./liliAble to schedule appointments and adapt to unexpected changes as necessary./liliMust be able to manage time effectively./liliMaintain a good attendance record./liliWilling to work off-hours as specific needs dictate./liliAble to present a mature, professional appearance/li/ulh3Benefits/h3p$15 - $18 per hour $150 Monthly Bonus Paid Vacation Holiday Pay Opportunity for Advancement We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and are committed to maintaining a drug free workplace.
