Job Summary :
- Work with Engineering and Operations staff to manage all power distribution systems for all site activities from Sub Station to distribution panel for Manufacturing equipment.
- Provide conceptual and detailed designs for power distribution & manufacturing tool installation projects
- Be a team player working with other engineering disciplines, project managers and contractors to design and execute projects safely, on time and in budget.
- Knowledge of Electrical Systems such as the electrical distribution, transformers, breakers, generators, UPS, etc.
- Interface with site maintenance electricians for preventive maintenance and upgrade / shutdown activities.
- Develop power reliability and power quality programs.
- Inspect specific construction and / or maintenance work to ensure adherence to design plans
- Support system start-up, system optimization, and shut down functions. Analyze and determine root cause of factory outages due to system failures
- Manage safety of delivered power systems per NFPA70e, etc.
Job Qualifications :
Graduate of an Accredited Electrical Systems BS or MS Engineering Program2-5 years of applicable industrial and semiconductor manufacturing related system design experience.PE / FE is preferred or able to obtain such.Interest in Power Distribution and Electrical SafetyThis U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only.
