Nope. If you're coachable and competitive, well train you. Do I buy my own leads? No leads are provided. Is it commission-only? No. You'll have a base plus commission and bonuses. What can I earn? Consistent performers typically make $100K+, with top reps earning more. Schedule / Location? In-Person in Salinas, CA; hours 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30PM PST. Monday to Friday. Yes, we provide weekends off and major holidays. Licensed and quoting confidently Consistent pipeline activity (calls, quotes, follow-ups) Meeting weekly close and premium targets Engaging clients in discussions about different types of coverage Advocating for clients by asking the tough questions that can change their future Resolving client issues using our carrier resources Recommending suitable solutions to clients once licensed Working in a team-based environment focused on exceeding the expectations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team Participating in our merit-based performance culture where employees are empowered to take charge of their career Undertaking special projects as assigned Ability to quickly learn product knowledge to problem solve, cross-sell, and upsell during each client call Passion for helping clients find the right solution to meet their needs Commitment to protecting the business against risk through offering clients appropriate coverage Proven work ethic with a high level of integrity Collaborative and resilient attitude with proven success in a fast-paced call environment Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone Desire to continually develop personal skillsets Understanding to adapt and appreciate changes as business conditions evolve
