• What You'll Do :
• Independently handle and manage trust and estate litigation cases on an hourly basis
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with a team of top-tier litigators and support staff
• What We're Looking For :
• 5-10 years of Trust and Estate litigation experience
• (REQUIRED)
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently with strategic thinking and efficiency
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
