Now, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and CFO and help shape what comes next for an iconic American brand.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and optimize complex calendars, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, board sessions, investor calls, and offsites
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, decks, and follow-ups for key meetings
- Screen and prioritize communications and requests with sound judgment
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Provide logistical support for travel, including transportation, lodging, and meals
- Organize executive team meetings and events
- Ensure travel and expense reports are processed accurately and on time
Operational and Strategic Support
Partner with the CEO and CFO on cross-functional initiatives and special projectsTrack action items, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completionAssist in preparing executive reports, financial summaries, and presentationsInternal and External Communication
Serve as liaison between executives and internal teams, board members, investors, and partnersDraft and edit correspondence, ensuring clarity and timelinessManage sensitive communications with discretion and professionalismAdministrative Excellence
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systemsSupport office coordination and internal events as neededAssist with company-wide activities, including all-hands meetings and quarterly business reviewsSkills and Experience
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organizationStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-throughProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office / O365 and related productivity toolsWhat Success Looks Like
