Job description

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Everett , MA who is currently seeking a qualified Phlebotomist to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include :

Position : Phlebotomist

Location : Everett , MA

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 12 weeks - likelihood of extension

Schedule :

  • 40 hours per week
  • 40 hours per week
  • Varied shifts – candidate must be flexible to work days, evenings, and nights as needed – discussed in interview
  • Rotating weekends
  • No on call

Contract Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience as a phlebotomist and / or laboratory assistant in an acute care setting
  • Must be willing to be scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts as needed
  • Must have phlebotomy experience on pediatric and adult patients
  • Must have specimen processing experience
  • Must be a certified phlebotomist
  • High school (GED) or higher
  • Current BLS – AHA only
  • EPIC experience preferred
  • Flu required by start dates 9 / 1-3 / 31

    • o Religious or medical exemptions possible

    Pay : Local : $36 / hr

    Travel : $1,900 / week

    Parking : Small application fee ($10-15) upon first day on-site
