Senior Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python + Django, LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders to shape product and technical direction

Build and ship features quickly across the stack

Design and implement scalable backend software components and integrations

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer

3+ years of experience with Python and Django

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals

Experience with databases, asynchronous job execution, and cloud services (AWS preferred)
