Your Impact

As a Medsurg RN, you’ll play a crucial role in :

  • Utilizing specialized care plans and serving as a patient-care innovator.
  • Shaping exceptional patient journeys every day.
  • Leveraging your skills and cutting-edge technology to enhance patient well-being.

    • Qualifications and Requirements

    We’re looking for passionate individuals with the following qualifications :

  • Current state LPN license.
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
  • At least one year of work experience; two years preferred.

    • Your Responsibilities

    In this role, you will :

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Identify and address patient needs through assessment, planning, and collaboration.
  • Execute physician orders and supervise nursing interventions.
  • Advocate for patients, representing their interests when they cannot express themselves.
  • Ensure quality care through clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
