Job descriptionWeekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling (optional if applicable) Provide general surgical care with a focus on laparoscopic appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen fundoplication Manage an average of 15 patient encounters per shift Ensure comprehensive care and adherence to safety protocols Board Certification in General Surgery Active BLS and ACLS certification Fellowship in relevant specialty Ability to manage surgical care for adult patients Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Competency in laparoscopic techniques and procedures Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and bedside manner
