Overview : Our client is seeking a highly qualified Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for their Maryland office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of legal experience supporting various practice areas including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support across multiple legal practice areas.
- Maintain excellent communication and client service standards.
- Organize and manage high-volume tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Show strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and InTapp.
- Knowledge of IManage and PowerPoint is a plus.
Qualifications :
