One of the state's largest Community Health Centers. Our organization provides high quality healthcare to residents across nine Southwest Georgia counties.
Comprised of 28 clinical sites, a pharmacy, and one administrative location.
Our physician group includes over 80 providers
Specialize in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Midwifery, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, Optometry, and Dentistry.

About the Role :
Family Medicine Physician
Location : Albany, GA
Provides medical services in the general care and treatment of patients in the health center.
Diagnoses and treats illnesses or diseases of the patients, instructs patients in their proper care and treatment alternatives, and instructs medical support staff as needed.
See patients of all ages
Schedule : M-F - 8am to 5pm.
Zero Weekends or Holidays!
Daily Volume : 20 per day

Background Profile :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
