Job Summary : The Marketing and Proposal Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of proposal development for Noble Construction. This includes leading the proposal process from initial strategy through final submission, ensuring timely, high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals / Qualifications (RFP / Qs). The role also involves supporting the companys marketing efforts by crafting and curating content for digital platforms, assisting with event coordination, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all media.

Key Responsibilities :

Proposal Management (75-100%)

• Gather project details, images, and supporting documents from project managers and other team members to develop compelling bid proposals.
• Use Adobe InDesign to format and produce high-quality proposals that align with Noble Texas Builders brand standards.
• Prepare and submit award entries, showcasing key projects and achievements to highlight Noble Texas Builders impact and expertise.
• Organize proposal and award content efficiently, ensuring accuracy and clarity to meet strict deadlines.
• Coordinate proposal timelines and review meetings to keep projects on track and meet all submission requirements.
• Continuously refine proposal and award content to improve quality and align with the company's voice and project experience.

Marketing Support (up to 25%)

Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional on-call availability may be required.
