Pay : $22 - 35 / hr + Benefits

We are looking for a skilled Process Technician to join a stable, well-established leader in the plastic injection molding industry. In this role, you will play a key part in setting up, operating, and optimizing injection molding machines to drive efficient production and deliver high-quality output. The right candidate will bring proven hands-on experience with molding processes, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a solid understanding of process optimization and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment
• Monitor and optimize molding parameters to ensure consistent part quality
• Perform mold changes, material changes, and machine startups / shutdowns
• Troubleshoot process issues including flash, short shots, splay, and dimensional defects
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on molded parts
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate production and setup records
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
