Maintenance Admin

MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Admin who is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Maintenance Manager and other Maintenance personnel.

Job Responsibilities :

The Maintenance Admin responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Review work orders in the fleet maintenance software. Ensure parts are posted.
• Create and process purchase orders in the fleet maintenance software.
• Perform all shipping and receiving duties, as required.
• Order parts for inventory, out of service buses or special requests.
• Manage and process parts cores, as required.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory
• Work closely with vendors and vendor pricing for optimal efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
