Construction Superintendent

Salary : $95K- $130K (negotiable based on experience)

Salary : Wilmington, NC (or surrounding areas)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee Construction Projects related to ground up projects

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all construction activities on site to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Manage communication between project stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Experience in public works, commercial, and ground-up construction projects is highly desirable.

Familiarity with educational, retail, K-12, municipal, and hospitality construction projects is a plus.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
