$1,182 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday-Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF experience is preferred

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

Must-Have :

  • Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
  • Completion of a prescreen form
  • Resume and license verification attached
  • References (3)
  • County Criminal Search (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
  • Federal Criminal Search (7 years or more)
  • Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)
  • Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)
  • HHS / OIG Search
  • GSA Search
  • Social Security Number Trace
  • 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray

Job Description :

  • Assist in the rehabilitation of patients as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Work under the guidance of occupational therapists to support treatment plans
  • Provide care and support to patients to improve their daily living and working skills
  • Document patient progress and report to occupational therapists
  • Ensure safety and comfort during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
