General Labor Role

We currently have openings for General Labor roles (outlined below) and an Electrical Technician (2nd shift). Please see a job fair representative for more information about our other opportunities.

Job Duties :

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Understand production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, and palletizing instructions
• Understand computer system and input of data
• Perform quality checks on products (board grade, flutes, single face / double face sides and overall board quality) and identify defects
• Maintain production efficiencies and standards
• Perform miscellaneous job functions in an accurate and efficient manner, such as :
• Packing
• Palletizing
• Bundling
• Stacking
• Sorting
• Load Tags
• Assist operators in efficient operation of the machine centers
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time / attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management / supervisors

Essential to this Position :

Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $21.05 and increases to $22.02 after 120 days. Opportunities : Able to sign for posted jobs after 60 days, which will provide higher wages than general labor.

Shifts : 1st : 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00pm, 2nd : 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm, 3rd : 11 : 00pm to 7 : 00am. The role begins on 1st shift for the first week (training), but candidates must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift thereafter.

You must be comfortable working mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent - preferred
