Sia is looking for a talented Management Consultant to support our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit serving our clients as a project manager. Our consultants lead cross‑functional initiatives around compliance, data privacy, legal operations and high‑stakes projects.
Responsibilities
- Project manage and / or support client delivery on a range of engagements, either on‑site or remotely.
- Conduct effective meetings and collaborate with internal and client project team members.
- Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health.
- Maintain project sites as a repository for all project information.
- Contribute to the development of high‑quality and timely deliverables.
- Perform subject‑matter research and business analysis.
- Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals.
- Support practice, thought leadership and people development.
- Review clients’ processes and controls against leading practice, identify gaps, and communicate recommendations.
- Plan and execute client engagements focusing operational risk, resilience, regulatory compliance and other risk programs.
- Engage in go‑to‑market and business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Accountable for project management and administration, including contracting and budget management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).3+ years of recent project management experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, privacy or securities projects.Proven ability to apply compliance and regulatory knowledge within a project framework.Understanding of legal and compliance functional areas and similar experience.Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including agile / scrum.Advanced certifications in project management welcome (PMP, CAPM, Agile).Professional certifications such as ACAMS, CPA, CA, CMA, CIA, CFI, CFE, CRCP, CRCM or others are a plus.Compensation & Benefits
