Structural Engineering Cold-Formed Project Manager Primary Responsibilities :

• Organize and manage structural design efforts for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining project budgets.
• Manage and review structural engineering drawings for assigned projects / work assignments including the preparation of plans schedules and details
• Review structural systems of primarily cold-formed steel framing for a variety of healthcare commercial retail multi-family residential industrial and institutional buildings nationwide
• Review Structural calculations for submittal
• Manage CAD and BIM Technicians to produce shop drawings and BIM models
• Manage engineers on the team on larger projects
• Assist with training and mentoring team members and technical skills training for professional growth and development
• Assist with plan review for team members
• Communicate with clients and maintain project schedules and design budgets
• Help lead business development efforts for cold-formed projects including identifying new opportunities and writing proposals.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Perform and lead the structural design of various building design projects. This includes development of structural design documents calculations and specifications.
• Perform construction administration duties.
• Other duties as assigned
