Extrusion Maintenance Technician Day Shift

Shift : Rotational Day Shift : 6 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm

Base Pay Range is $26.50 - $36.50 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

The Extrusion Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance troubleshooting and repair of all extrusion equipment and related machinery in a window vinyl extrusion plant. This role ensures that equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime contributing to the plants production goals. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance and assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair :

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on extrusion equipment ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues on extrusion lines and associated equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Respond to technical issues affecting production and maintain electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PM)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $26.50 - $36.50 medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
