CRS Exteriors  is hiring motivated, goal-oriented people to join our Proximity Marketing & Events Team. This role is more than knocking on doors., work events to engage with customers for direct sales leads. It’s where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who’s positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You'll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. This is an active, face-to-face role where you'll be out in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners who already know our brand. If you’re outgoing and ready to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement :  Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Product Knowledge & Communication :  Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
• Team Collaboration :  Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Customer Service :  Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Resilience & Adaptability :  Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.
