• Schedule : Minimum 2 shifts per week; additional shifts available\n
• Weekend Requirement : 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule; remaining shifts on weekdays\n
• Holiday Requirement : One summer hallmark, one winter hallmark, plus the day before or after Thanksgiving and Christmas\n
• Guaranteed Hours : 3 shifts biweekly\n
• Contract Length : 13 weeks with potential extension\n
• Hourly Pay Rate : $97.65\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570–$1650\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills in a high-acuity surgical environment\n
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities\n
• Flexibility to work scheduled weekends and holidays\nOR RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures in the operating room\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols\n
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond to emergencies as needed\n
• Accurately document all patient care activities in a timely manner\n
