Your Battlefield : Command Trials and Drive Results. Lead high-impact trials from start to finish in Michigan auto accident cases, focusing on PIP and Bodily Injury claims to secure maximum recoveries – no shying away from the courtroom. Handle a docket of 60-70 cases , with the expectation of settling approximately 40-48 cases a year , including cases provided by the firm in both pre-litigation and litigation stages Generate and manage your own caseload while mentoring staff, answering complex queries, and contributing to our trial-focused evolution. Embrace the intensity : this role demands trying cases head-on in a fast-paced environment, with unyielding commitment to client victories and firm growth. What You Bring to the Charge : Active Michigan bar license, with preferably 3+ years of experience in auto accident / personal injury litigation – trial exposure a major plus. Proven grit in settlements and advocacy, with sharp analytical skills, persuasive communication, and zero fear of trials. A growth mindset : ready to learn, lead, and innovate as we expand.
