Position Purpose :

The Program Assistant performs a variety of administrative, programmatic, and operational functions to ensure the efficient functioning of the Dartmouth-American University of Kuwait (D-AUK) Program. This position supports student and faculty exchanges, financial transactions, communications, and general office operations.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp :

Associates plus 3+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :

• General office, administrative, or financial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistical and administrative details for multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan work, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-based applications.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
