Bossier City, LA (Required)Delivery Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products, return soiled products to the plant on time, and manage customer needs weekly.
Manage customer par levels to avoid overstocking flat goods.Manage the customers uniform program to ensure quality garments, avoid unnecessary ordering, and ensure customer satisfaction with their appearance and safety.Problem SolvingCommunicate all problem situations to the customer with a plan on how to eliminate the problem. When necessary, request aid and assistance from Service Management.Build RapportDevelop a good relationship with each customer by providing for their needs and following through on requests and suggestions.Sales Be responsible for selling / adding to the route and meeting sales goals.
Direct Sales ProductsSell additional rental services and direct sell products to existing customers based on their needs and Porters assigned goals.Look for and report selling opportunities to both management, the Direct Sales Dept., and the New Account Sales Dept.Ensure customer retention by always maintaining service agreement terms.Material Cost Be responsible for :
