Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Twentynine Palms CA .

Job Responsibilities :

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to improve mobility and function.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on exercises mobility techniques and injury prevention.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.

Skills

Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols

Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess plan and implement individualized treatment plans

Attention to detail and adherence to clinical standards

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Required

Licensed Physical Therapist in California Required

2 years of experience in outpatient rehab or orthopedic rehabilitation Required

BLS (American Heart Association) Preferred
