What You’ll Do :

Facilitate groups in schools, youth and adult jails, and community settings
Train correctional officers and other staff on mental health topics and best practices
Support clients in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellness
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Participate in outreach and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, or relevant lived experience in mental health, community work, or related areas

Strong experience in facilitating groups and providing training to diverse audiences

Experience working with youth and adult populations in schools, jails, or community settings

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Passion for empowering clients and promoting mental health equity
