Home Care LPN – Night Shift Nursing Job in Auburndale, FL

We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Night shifts available. We offer competitive compensation to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a medically complex home care case in Auburndale, FL.

Must have at least one (1) year of experience as an LPN. Experience with ICU / PCU preferred. Must have G-Tube and bolus / intermittent feeding experience.

LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as :

• Daily assessments of clients
• Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
• Documentation of client status, and / or changes
• Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
• G-tube care and management
• Bolus / intermittent feeding
• Disease management
• Coordination client medical appointments

Positions available : 2 FT

Pay : $28 / hr
