What You'll Be Doing :

• Leading the planning, architecture, and development of complex software projects, with a focus on integrating and automating simulation tools for aerospace and defense applications.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including project managers, UI / UX designers, and other developers-to deliver innovative, scalable software solutions.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust back-end services and APIs, ensuring security, reliability, and high performance.
• Developing and refining front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular) and best practices for interoperability and accessibility.
• Championing best practices through technical reviews, mentorship, and the development of reusable components and development standards.
• Engaging in complex bug verification, release testing, and providing beta support across multiple concurrent projects.
• Assessing customer and partner needs, translating mission requirements into concrete development plans and technical solutions.
• Operating with minimal supervision, potentially serving as a team leader, project manager, or software architect, and contributing to strategic technical decisions.
