$150,000 - $180,000 Annual Salary + Incentive Bonus (up to 25% of annual salary)

Position Overview : The Vice President of Marketing (VPM) is accountable for the strategic planning, development, and execution of all marketing and paid advertising for Sandstone Care. The VPM will oversee all marketing-related functions to drive growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and establish our brand as a leader in behavioral health. This position demands strategic thinking, innovation, and a results-oriented approach to foster continued company growth.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Training & Experience :
Experience working in Mental Health, Addiction, or Behavioral Health for 5+ years
Proven track record of leading and managing Growth / Marketing teams
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement actionable marketing plans that align with business goals, using data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and ensure effective execution
Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, including using CRM, with a proven ability to leverage insights to optimize marketing strategies and measure success
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive unified and impactful marketing initiatives
Strong experience with Salesforce, EHR Platforms, Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ideal candidates have proven experience leading quarter over quarter growth in assigned metrics / KPIs
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Sandstone’s mission, goals, and growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing, results-oriented, and data-driven marketing and alumni team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Oversee all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting
Elevate and differentiate the brand through compelling strategies and market messages, while managing brand positioning, messaging, segmentation, and the overall marketing strategy
Participate in service development strategies and drive integrated marketing efforts to enhance product marketing across all media, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
Design and implement strategies to attract clients and retain referral sources, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize client engagement. Utilize market and competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine the service value proposition, and implement effective market entry strategies
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring it is allocated to trackable programs, with a focus on optimizing the working pipeline to support the company’s revenue plan
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute ongoing strategies, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are met while overseeing external agencies and marketing services relationships
Lead a dynamic team skilled in data analytics, generative AI, and community marketing to drive innovation, enhance client experience, and elevate brand recognition for market leadership
Be a custodian of the company’s brand and related assets and proactively manage reputation
Responsible for maintaining and developing a strong, mission-driven, high-performance culture within the marketing and alumni departments
Board experience will be highly regarded
