Luv Bridal is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Operations Manager to help lead our Fort Lauderdale Showroom and support the delivery of a seamless, unforgettable bridal experience. This position requires high levels of emotional intelligence, grit, and a commitment to excellence across all areas of showroom performance from backend operations to front-line sales support. What Youll Do

As an Operations Manager, youll ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our showroom while directly supporting our team and brides through both operational leadership and in-appointment styling. Key responsibilities include :

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing
• Ensure all merchandise is properly steamed, tagged, and displayed to brand standards
• Manage vendor orders, product receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy
• Maintain software and client database integrity, ensuring timely and accurate data input
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all showroom spaces
