Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to understand business goals and translate them into talent strategies that drive performance and growth

Lead talent initiatives such as workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and employee engagement within the Commercial function

Collaborate with Compensation and Sales Operations to :

Design, implement, and communicate sales incentive plans that align with business objectives

Monitor and evaluate incentive plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed

Support annual sales compensation planning and quota-setting processes

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, development planning, and team effectiveness

Support leaders in identifying and developing high-potential talent and future leaders

Address employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, consistency, and business alignment

Conduct investigations and provide resolution strategies for employee concerns

Champion a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement within the Sales team

Qualifications and Attributes

6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, with at least 2 years supporting a Sales organization preferred

Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Business, HR, or related field preferred

PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Strong understanding of sales organizational design, incentive structures, compensation planning, and performance metrics

Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Experience navigating complex employee relations and organizational change

Strong analytical and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and Workday HRIS preferred

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
