Administrative Coordinator 3
LSU Shreveport is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Coordinator 3 in the Purchasing Department. This role provides administrative and technical support for procurement activities, assisting with purchasing processes, vendor coordination, and documentation management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and have strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and support the department's commitment to efficient and compliant purchasing operations.

Minimum Qualifications :
Two years of experience in administrative services.Experience substitution : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.Job Specification :

Job Duties and Other Information :
Property liaison with departments concerning moveable property forms for surplus, transfer, and disposal.Liaison with LSU A&M Property Management concerning property questions, asset tagging, and updating forms provided by LSU for compliance purposes.Assists with departmental training of inventory process during inventory period (March-August).Assists in the day-to-day operation of the purchasing department.Clerical duties include but are not limited to maintenance of multiple databases maintained for Purchasing, including software renewal notices, bid opening dates, and other deadlines as needed.Position-Specific Details :
