Pediatric Dental openings – Northern Florida

• Community Health Center is seeking several Pediatric Dentists to join their team.
• Base salary: $165,000 for new graduate and increases with experienced providers. Annual performance reviews with pay increases.
• Quarterly bonuses based on quality metrics achieved and WRVU’s.
• 2 clinic sites have openings – all are within 40-60 minutes of Gainesville (University of Florida)
• These are established dental clinics with other dentists on staff as well as hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk personnel.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm working 40 hours per week. Occasional travel to other dental clinics in the system for vacation coverage and staffing shortages.
• Patient volumes will depend on what type of patients are scheduled that day. They see ages up to 20 years old.
• Typically see fillings, extractions, exams, and hygiene.
