Oregon Licensed Primary Care Physician

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine).

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care through remote consultations

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement population health initiatives

Contribute to the development of a value-based care model

Required Qualifications

Graduate of a four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent with residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Unrestricted Oregon Physician License or ability to obtain prior to start date

Current Oregon DEA certificate required prior to start date

Current BLS certification

Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
