Job descriptionPerform echocardiographic studies on pediatric and adult patients in accordance with established protocols and physician orders. Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality images and Doppler data for diagnostic interpretation. Evaluate cardiac structures, hemodynamics, and function; adjust imaging parameters to optimize diagnostic quality. Accurately document and label all images and patient data within the EMR (Epic). Communicate findings and relevant clinical information to cardiologists and other healthcare providers. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing age-appropriate care. Maintain ultrasound equipment, report malfunctions, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Participate in departmental orientation, including Epic training and competency assessments. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echocardiography Technologist Pediatric echocardiography experience Current Echocardiography certification (RDCS or RCS) Current BLS (AHA) certification Epic EMR experience 401k retirement plan Health savings account Referral bonus Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits
