Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Electrophysiology / Cardiology team in Moline. Key Responsibilities :
Outpatient Care & Patient Management :
- Conduct independent patient visits in the clinic setting.
- Perform and dictate comprehensive history and physical exams.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
- Provide patient education and follow-up care in collaboration with the care team.
Collaboration & Documentation :
Work closely with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Participate in patient care planning and support ongoing practice development.Qualifications & Requirements :
Education & Experience :
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Illinois (required).Minimum of 1 year of cardiology or electrophysiology experience (required).Master’s degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required).Skills & Abilities :
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.Effective communication and patient education skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organized, dependable, and motivated by patient outcomes.Benefits :
