Compensation : $80,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, income, expenses, assets / liabilities, and life circumstances
- Develop customized financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategies, insurance, education funding, estate planning, and cash flow management
- Recommend appropriate financial products (e.g., mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, annuities) in line with client objectives
- Monitor and review client portfolios regularly; make adjustments as needed
- Stay current on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, outreach, and prospecting
- Provide educational seminars, workshops, or content (e.g,. webinars, articles) to clients or prospects
- Prepare financial reports, performance summaries, and periodic reviews
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, licensing, and firm policies
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, compliance) to provide seamless client service
