Responsibilities :

Kforce is seeking an IT Project Manager Senior to help manage a large-scale deployment that includes multiple workstreams. The IT Project Manager Senior is accountable for the execution of complex IT projects with high levels of risk and complexity, as well as moderately complex programs. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experience with Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in Video Conferencing tools
• Strong communication skills
• Stakeholder engagement experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less. Employee pay depends on factors like education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless legally required. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project may be eligible for paid sick leave.

Note : Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of compensation remain at Kforce's discretion unless paid. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
