Pay : We offer our Facilities Maintenance Tech a competitive salary of $40,000–$55,000 annually .

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, with a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM . Occasional flexibility may be required for emergencies or special events.

YOUR DAY

As the Facilities Maintenance Tech, you'll be responsible for keeping our buildings and systems in top condition. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting systems, and responding to repair requests. Whether it's fixing plumbing issues, maintaining HVAC systems, or ensuring safety compliance, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You'll also support larger improvement projects, vehicle repairs, and event setups.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred qualifications include vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance and at least three years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field.
