Granite Hills Hospital offers high-quality, patient centered care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our new 120-bed facility will feature evidence-based treatment modalities and a multi-disciplinary team led by expert medical professionals. Our mission is to provide much needed outcome-focused care for those who need it most.

As a Recruiter you will provide full life cycle recruiting and onboarding for all positions at the facility. Additionally you will cultivate and maintain relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and staff. Working with the leadership team you will develop recruitment techniques, strategies, and action plans to efficiently cover the recruitment and onboarding workload.

Qualifications

The Recruiter position requires :

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.

Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience.

Hours and Location : Monday - Friday, 100% on site at 1706 S 68th St, West Allis, WI 53214
