What You'll Do :

Recruit & Build a Reliable Team : Hire and onboard Home Health Aides committed to excellence.

Train & Mentor : Lead training programs, offer guidance, and support Home Health Aides growth.

Efficient Scheduling : Match Home Health Aides with clients, ensuring quality and continuity.

Engage Clients & Families : Build trusting relationships, address concerns proactively.

Provide Hands-On Support : Assist with hands-on care during busy periods or as backup when needed.

What We're Looking For :

5+ years in senior care (professional or personal) with hands-on caregiving experience.

Proven ability to provide compassionate hands-on care, including all ADLs.

Experience in caregiver supervision, staffing, and / or scheduling preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable using scheduling and office software.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Position Details :

Location : West Orange, NJ (local travel required)

Schedule : Full-time, MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM

On-Call : Rotating evening / weekend availability
